SHIPPING

For residents of the Greater Toronto Area:

Tickle Your Tummy uses a local courier to ship cookies, cakes and cupcakes.  We offer a same day service for CAD$25.00.  Multi tier designer cakes are subject to delivery quotation.  Please call us for more information about these cakes.

For residents of Canada outside the Greater Toronto Area:

Tickle Your Tummy uses Fed Ex to ensure the extra care and protection required for our cookies.  For standard delivery anywhere in Canada we offer a 3-day ground service for CAD $25.00.  If your order is urgent, please contact us directly for an overnight shipping quotation.

For residents of the USA:

Tickle Your Tummy uses Fed Ex ground service to all states in the USA.  For East Coast and Central States we offer a standard 3-day ground service for CAD $25.00.  For West Coast states we offer a 5-day ground service for CAD $25.00.  All prices are in Canadian dollars and will be subject to the most current exchange rate. Please call us directly if you need an overnight shipping quotation.

**Please note: Our specialty cakes and cupcakes are currently only available to residents of the GTA.  To all other Canadian provinces and US states, we are currently only shipping cookies.

LEAD TIME

We require three days notice for delivery of standard cakes or cupcakes.  One week notice for delivery of custom cookies and two weeks notice for delivery of designer, multi tier cakes.

REFUND POLICY

In the event of breakage, Tickle Your Tummy will replace the cookies or credit the amount to a future order.  We are not responsible for minor chips that may occur during shipping.  A fully broken cookies is only considered for replacement and we will ask for  a digital picture for proof of breakage.  In this event, we are not responsible for shipping charges.  We do not make cash refunds.
